⚡Blockchain Development:● Lead the development and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure based on Cosmos, utilizing languages such as C++ and Golang.● Implement and optimize smart contracts, protocols, and consensus algorithms to enhance the performance and security of the blockchain.

⚡DevOps:● Manage and optimize the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery of blockchain updates.● Implement and maintain DevOps best practices to enhance the efficiency of the development workflow. Integration and Partnerships:● Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate solutions seamlessly into our blockchain ecosystem.● Work closely with the business development team to identify and implement strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:● Engage with other departments to understand their requirements and contribute to the development of solutions that align with the company's goals.● Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the organization.

⚡Web3 DeFi Experience:● Leverage your expertise in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) to contribute to the development and enhancement of decentralized applications within our ecosystem.● Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain and DeFi space.

🔎Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● Experience with op-stack, layer 2, and hands-on experience with at least one chain on mainnet.● Proven experience in blockchain development with a focus on Cosmos, C++, and Golang.● Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.● Experience in DevOps practices for blockchain deployment and management.● Previous involvement in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.● English Advanced
