Dollar General is seeking a skilled Adobe Target Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Adobe Architect to implement and execute the overall vision for Adobe Target. This role involves hands-on technical tasks, collaboration with developers, and ensuring best practices in testing and optimization.

The end goal is expanding footprint in mobile with target. Target was set up in a non-usable way for a while, so they have been untangling and setting it up right. They need someone to launch and get in there so that the business can eventually self-serve and turn out priority use case and drive experimentation culture.
The Adobe Architect works with specialist in each individual adobe product - the team is looking to fill a gap for a specialist in Adobe Target. Looking for someone who can take direction from the Adobe Architect in terms of architecture and overall vision, and then can help the developers execute on mobile SDK, help the offshore team think about product feeds, and own some of the "technical boots on the ground" tasks. An individual with experience in documenting a test plan, understanding best practices for testing & optimization, recommendations. A developer II kind of position - for example, if a target developer 1 has a question on how to implement / execute an activity, they need someone who can answer the questions because they understand the vision and the technology. These individuals need to have experience in meeting with stakeholders. This person needs to know how to document - being able to take a vision that is expressed / created by the architect, take a basic architecture diagram, and then create / write out steps to give to developers to execute on.
