We are actively seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with proven team-leading experience and expertise in SaaS development.

Job description: As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead and mentor developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our SaaS applications with a mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, express.js, CSS, Next.js and RUST. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, conducting thorough code reviews, and driving best practices across the team to ensure high-quality software delivery. This position is perfect for a hands-on coder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performance applications.

Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them through the software development lifecycle, setting standards, and ensuring best practices. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack, Next.js, and Rust. SaaS Product Development: Oversee the development of scalable SaaS applications, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs. Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain code quality standards across the team.

Must have Qualifications: Experience: Only 3+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead role should apply. Technical Expertise: Highly skilled in MERN stack, Next.js, and RUST. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and RESTful APIs. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and meet deadlines. Self-Driven: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

*Candidates with familiarity in RUST are given higher preference.
