The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both SQL and NoSQL databases, be proficient in Agile methodologies, and thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment.As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust microservices to support various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions while ensuring code quality, scalability, and system reliability.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement microservices using Golang.Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other engineers to build innovative solutions.Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data management and retrieval.Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance.Ensure API and system integration are seamless and optimized for low-latency.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.Troubleshoot and debug production issues to maintain system reliability.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Golang.Strong experience in microservices architecture.Familiarity with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.Expertise in Agile methodologies and team collaboration.Experience with API design and development.Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
