React Native Developer

Ciklum is looking for a React Native Developer to join our team full-time in Romania. Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing organisations worldwide.About the role:As a React Native Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for Our Client.About the Project:The project includes the development of a Smart Banking application that will offer a comprehensive range of banking services, intuitive user interfaces, transactions, and robust security features, effectively replacing the current banking solution. We're starting to build this application (green-field) from scratch!

Responsibilities:Development and implementation of React Native-based mobile applications using REST API for Smart Banking appCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutionsArchitect robust and maintainable codebase while ensuring code quality through testing and performance optimizationMentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the teamStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, suggesting improvements and new technologies for adoption

Requirements:3+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using React NativeProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntaxSolid understanding of REST API handling and its usage in mobile developmentExperience with state management approaches, demonstrating the ability to handle complex application state efficientlyFamiliarity with CI/CD processes, version control systems (Git), and agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesFluent in written and spoken EnglishSoft skills requirementsPossess a strong command of the English language for effective daily communication. Passion for user experience and a commitment to creating joyful and interactive productsAdept at working collaboratively within team dynamics, fostering cooperation and synergyDemonstrates a deep passion for crafting high-quality code, adhering to clean code principlesPossesses a versatile software skill set, enabling quick adaptation to diverse codebases and environmentsActively contributes by sharing new ideas and proposing product improvements to colleagues

Desirable:Prior experience with implementing and maintaining design systemsPrior experience in the banking or finance sectorKnowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android)Familiarity with security standards and best practices in mobile application development
