The role
Working closely with SoftwareOne clients, leverage business and technical skills to capture their requirements and provide creative solutions to their business challenges together with draft technical design specifications based on functional requirements, Develop and modify the core product and additional functionality according to client’s needs, Perform unit testing and quality control on all development work, Mentor other Dynamics team members, improving the technical aptitude of the team by sharing technical knowledge, Design, build and develop applications based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Develop and implement business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Actively participate in projects as a member of the project team - to keep abreast of all new developments and changes in the IT market, Translating business requirements into the technical specification, creating technical charges for sales offers, Troubleshooting technical problems and solving them, Caring for high-quality solutions and setting priorities for others, Maintain technical competence. The requirement to maintain and demonstrate technical competence with new releases of Microsoft development technologies/tools/certifications, Evaluate new technologies for the suitability of use within Predica and our Client’s environments.
What We Need To See From You
Min. 3 years of experience in commercial projects in Dynamics 365 area, Min. 3 years of professional work experience in a development role, Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure, Core technologies include C#, .NET, JavaScript, Typescript, Azure functions and SQL knowledge. Experience in managing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform including PowerApps portals and Azure services. Experience with the following Dynamics CRM versions (CRM 4.0, CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2015, CRM 2016 & Dynamics 365 – with strong emphasis on D365 online version), Strong experience in Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 applications and solutions Online and on-premise, Experience building solutions across multiple Dynamics CRM projects and Power Platform from configuration and customization to extension and development, Knowledge and understanding of design patterns and their applications, Ability to work in a team and mentoring less experienced team members, Good knowledge of English (B2/C1), MCP certificate (PL-200/MB-210/MB-220/MB-230/MB-240), Exposure to Power Platform - Model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents is expected, Exposure to Microsoft development products (Azure Dev Ops / TFS, Power platform, SharePoint, and Project Server) would also be very beneficial.
