What You'll Do:Work across the full stack to build scalable, high-performance applications that drive business growth and enhance user experiences.Lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring top-notch performance, uptime, and code quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.Take part in the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.Optimize applications for speed and scalability while maintaining high standards of code.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to keep our systems running smoothly.Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek learning opportunities.Work in an agile development environment.

What You Bring:5+ years of experience in web development, working on scalable software solutions.4+ years of academic training in technology-related fields.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies.Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Located in Argentina.
