Shell Developer:Exp : 5 – 12 yrsExp in Shell scripting, Groovy, Java, Xqueries,CNE

Required Skill Set : Shell scripting, Groovy, Java, XQuery Having working experience in CNE(Cloud Native Environment) Good knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.

Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of applications.Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be takenIncident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.Assists with classification and prioritization of incident.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Work on change requests from business.Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reportsGather service data as needed for reporting and communicationsAnalyzing the process and suggesting improvementsDocument all the learning from the project
