Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing WordPress websites for both clients and the company. This role offers a remote work environment, allowing the candidate to contribute to our projects from any location.

Key Responsibilities:WordPress Development:Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites for clients and internal projects.Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement website functionality and enhance user experience.Plugin and Theme Development:Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to ensure optimal performance and security.Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.Effectively communicate project progress and updates to clients and team members.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and address bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks.Ensure websites meet quality standards and client specifications.Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for WordPress projects, including code documentation and project specifications.

Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.4. Experience with theme development, customization, and responsive design.5. Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and the ability to customize or extend their functionality.6. Strong understanding of web development best practices, SEO principles, and security standards.7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.10. Familiarity with Adobe Suite for asset creation.
