👥 Your role in the team

Conception and development of new, lean features for our agents and in-house colleagues in collaboration with the team.Maintenance, operation and understanding of our existing software as well as active participation in the replacement of the system.Further developing our CI/CD processes and monitoring systems to ensure availability and performance.Decision-making regarding the implementation of new developments in an agile environment together with the team and product managers.Collaboration with colleagues from our 20-person tech team (product managers, server admins, support, tech architects, tech managers, developers and QA).You form the interface between tech and non-tech roles and make technical decisions in coordination with the product manager and tech architect.

QualificationsFamiliarity with operating software: CI/CD, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Docker.Willingness and commitment to familiarize yourself with our existing software in order to be able to make informed decisions about replacement.A willingness to experiment, a willingness to analyze and correct errors, and a focus on continuous learning and growth.Fluent German skills (at least B2 level).

QualificationsSecurity in the backend and experience in implementing projects in the frontend.Good knowledge of development with C# and .NET, ideally also experience with Angular and Blazor.You have the desire and, ideally, experience in mentoring team members and monitoring development processes to improve performance.
