Web Developer & Client Communication Specialist

Location: RemoteSalary: 60,000 INR per month

We are looking for a talented Web Developer who excels at client communication, requirement gathering, and project coordination. This role involves understanding client requirements, presenting app design and functionalities, and efficiently managing the communication between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication related to project requirements, design changes, and functionality updates.Lead client presentations on app designs, user flows, and functionalities, ensuring a clear understanding of the project’s scope.Gather, document, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.Handle any client feedback regarding design or functionality changes, ensuring these updates are communicated accurately to developers.Assist in setting up and managing client accounts for Apple App Store and Google Play Console.Guide clients on API integrations, website hosting, domain configuration, and server setup.Ensure project timelines are met, and coordinate effectively between clients and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any technical issues during the setup of hosting environments, server configurations, or app deployments.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with prior experience in client-facing roles (U.S.-based clients preferred).Proficient in understanding web development concepts, design processes, and app functionality.Experience in website hosting, domain setup, server configuration, and API integration.Basic knowledge of setting up App Store and Google Play Console accounts for clients.Strong ability to capture client feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure requirements are met by the development team.Ability to present app designs and user flows to clients in a clear, concise manner.Experience coordinating with developers and other technical teams to ensure successful project execution.Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global clients.Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., PHP, ) and web technologies is a plus.

Desired Skills:

Prior experience working in remote environments.Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for presenting app designs.Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and ensure smooth delivery of the project.
