Job Description

Support SharePoint Online BAU duties such as permission control, users and sites administration, and working with business users on service requests.Develop, Improve, and Customize Power Automate for SharePoint Online.Develop, Improve, and Maintain Power Shell scripts for SharePoint Online.Support existing Azure and third-party web solutions which involves functional analysis and testing.Implement security policies, data governance, and compliance measures for the supported applications.Ensuring that ServiceNow tickets are attended in a timely manner which adhered to the organization’s SLA requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions for various Microsoft cloud applications.Develop, Improve and Maintain Power Platform solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Maintain applications’ operational documents, configuration management records and service accounts.

Job Requirements

B.Sc / Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent and will be advantageous with any IT Professional certificates(E.g. : Microsoft Certified Engineer/Developer, ITIL v3/4 Foundation)Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 3 years of SharePoint development and support backgroundMust have experience in writing PowerShell scriptsMust have experience in Power Automate integrations and customizations with SharePoint Online or have worked in similar process automation toolMust have good foundation in writing SQL queries and stored proceduresExperience in the following technologies will be helpful: ASP.NET / .NET CORE, HTML, CSS, JS, Angular.jsFamiliarity with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps will be beneficialExperience in building PowerApps will be an added advantageExperience using AvePoint as a Governance/Deployment tool will be an added advantage.Able to work with global team and colleagues
