About the Role:As an AI Developer, you will work on cutting-edge AI projects, developing intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. Whether you're just beginning your AI journey or have years of experience, you will collaborate with our team of experts, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that are transforming industries.

Key Responsibilities:Freshers:Work with the AI team on building and training machine learning models.Assist in the integration of AI components into larger software systems.Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.Continuously learn and apply new AI techniques and tools.

Experienced Professionals:Lead the development of AI models and algorithms for various business use cases.Deploy, optimize, and scale AI/ML models into production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.Analyze data, build predictive models, and fine-tune AI frameworks.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

What We’re Looking For:Freshers:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.Basic understanding of AI/ML algorithms, Python, and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Eagerness to learn and grow in the AI domain.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experienced Professionals:2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.Proficient in Python, ReactJS, or other programming languages for AI applications.Experience with Gen AI and Deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.Ability to handle large datasets and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
