Syndigo - Solution Architecture/ Developer

Requirements:

Role involves analyzing business needs, identifying technical solutions, and designing comprehensive implementation plans

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service

Provision new users of the Syndigo Enterprise PIM/MDM Platform (formerly Riversand)

Design, code and test configuration changes

Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support

Code business rules using RBL (Riversand Business Language)

Diagnose and resolve system issues and communicate status with stakeholders

Occasional after hours or weekend support may be required

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software engineer experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of software engineer experience

Preferred

Knowledge of Syndigo Admin capabilities and Syndigo-specific configuration formats preferred

Knowledge of Job Scheduling and Workflow Automation tools such as Control-M

Experience with JSON

Advanced Excel
