Sr. SQL Developer

Position Description:As a SQL Server Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining MS SQL code supporting both internal and client facing applications.Responsible for performing extensive detailed data analysis necessary to ensure strict adherence to data quality guidelines.This role will conduct full life-cycle activities to include requirements gathering and analysis, T-SQL coding, developing analytics and reporting capabilities, documentation, troubleshooting and remediation.This person is essential to gaining a better insight into a client's business problem to be solved, formulating a data-driven approach to solve the problem and finally, analyzing and drawing conclusions and presenting findings. Required Qualifications:10 plus years of current experience creating, editing, and maintaining SQL code, including performance tuning. 5 years demonstrated involvement in end-to-end solutions for data management and processing within a database environment utilizing SQL, T-SQL, procedures, etc.Experience working in Sprint and Kanban organized projects. Ability to develop analytical strategies to solve business problems - this involves understanding the business problem, identifying relevant data, gathering and summarizing data meaningfully and applying appropriate statistical analysis to identify causal relationships and predict future outcomes. Deliverables must be high-quality with strong attention to detail.
