Role Overview:

We are looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about technology and making an impact. You will work on the core processing system of our application, revolutionizing the way the audio and video is recorded.

Requirements:

Your areas of expertise most relevant to this role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)5+ years software development, with emphasis on backendProven expertise in Node.js and JavascriptExperience with MongoDBExperience with workflow systems such as Cadence or Temporal is a significant advantageFamiliarity with video processing and streaming technologies, ffmpeg or gstreamer, advantageStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWSProficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex systemsExcellent communication and teamwork skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality
