Mern Stack Developer

Position: MERN Stack LeadExperience: 6-7 YearsLocation: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Lead the development of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, and project managers, to define and implement best solutions.Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the development process.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.Expertise in React.js, including state management using Redux or similar tools.Extensive experience in Node.js and Express.js.Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker is a plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Team player with a proactive attitude.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.6-7 years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years of experience in a lead role.Proven experience working with remote teams is a plus.
