WebGL Developer

Out client is seeking a talented and experienced WebGL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing interactive and visually appealing web applications using the WebGL. As a WebGL Developer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and high-performance 3D experiences for web platforms. Responsibilities: Game Development: Design, develop, and implement WebGL applications and games, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and other developers, to bring creative visions to life through interactive and engaging web experiences. Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and implement optimizations to ensure smooth rendering and responsiveness of WebGL applications across various devices and browsers. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and glitches in applications, ensuring a polished and error-free final product. Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance the functionality and features of applications. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for projects, including code documentation, guidelines, and best practices. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in WebGL to incorporate the latest features and techniques into projects. Qualifications: Education: Higher education degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related technical field. Experience: Proven experience in developing web applications using WebGL. Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Solid understanding of 3D graphics, shaders, and rendering techniques. Knowledge of responsive design and mobile optimization. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with PlayCanvas engine and its APIs is a plus Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
