Machine Learning Developer

Job Title: ML DeveloperExperience : 4+ years Preferred Location: Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bangalore Other Locations: Pune / Gurgaon

Job Details and Requirements:Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in R or Python for building machine learning models.Proficiency in ML frameworks. Solid knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering. Hands-on experience in model deploymentExperience with SQL and data querying for large datasets.

Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement machine learning models using algorithms like regression, classification, and clustering. Design data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment. Build and optimize ML models using R (preferably) or Python, ensuring performance and scalability. Deploy, monitor, and scale models in production environments, with experience in Azure and Databricks as a plus. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Perform model evaluation using A/B testing and other validation techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Databricks and Azure for cloud-based ML deployments. Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow for model management. Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs) and big data tools like Spark.
