Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize key metrics and data from various sources.Data Source Integration: Connect Grafana with multiple data sources such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch, etc.Monitoring and Alerts: Set up and manage alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance, including efficient query writing and data retrieval.Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Development, and Data Engineering teams to understand data visualization requirements.Documentation: Maintain documentation for dashboard configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy, dashboard performance and system integration.Security: Implement security best practices within Grafana, including user access controls and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Grafana.Strong proficiency in developing Grafana dashboards.Experience with data source integrations (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch, etc.).Knowledge of SQL and PromQL (Prometheus Query Language).Understanding of time-series databases.Familiarity with other monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Kibana).Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Grafana, Prometheus, or related technologies.Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring services.DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure monitoring.
