Backend Developer Intern

Job Summary

Join DevForge as a Backend Developer Intern and work on building and maintaining robust server-side applications and APIs. Collaborate with our development team to optimize code, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance. Gain hands-on experience in backend technologies and contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic, agile environment. Responsibilities And Duties Assist in the development of SaaS products and ensure a seamless user experience with a high-end look and feel.Contribute to building a robust product architecture.Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews.Develop dashboard tools to automate manual processes.Build and maintain user-friendly, powerful web applications.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of data-driven software solutions through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and software engineering.Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related degree.Experience with one or more of the following languages: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby.Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.Experience or strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.Familiarity with data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualization tools.Analytical thinking for data processing and feature engineering.Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills to understand and convey business requirements.Commitment to ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of software solutions.Ability to adapt to new tools, libraries, and frameworks as needed.Flexibility to work on diverse tasks and projects within the development lifecycle.
