This role will focus heavily on AI development, business process automation, and programming, with the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the AI space.

Responsibilities:AI Development & Prompt Engineering: Design, develop, and refine AI models and systems. Work with team members to create and implement efficient AI prompts and solutions that solve real-world business problems.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. WordPress Development: Make necessary backend edits and updates to WordPress websites while integrating AI tools and automations where applicable.Business Process Automation: Lead the development and implementation of business process automation tools using platforms like Zapier or Make, focusing on enhancing efficiency and streamlining workflows.Application Programming: Utilize multiple programming languages to build, test, and deploy custom applications that incorporate AI technologies.API Integration: Develop and work with APIs to integrate AI, automation tools, and other applications seamlessly into existing systems. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing platforms. Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies to propose new opportunities for growth and development.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in AI, automation, and machine learning technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered).Proven experience in AI development, prompt engineering, and business process automation.Strong programming skills in multiple languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React).Knowledge of backend WordPress development and experience with website automation tools.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience using Cloudflare and other DDOS security software.Strong skills with ChatGPT or other AI prompt engineering tools.Proven experience with platforms like Zapier or similar automation tools.Passion for AI technologies and a desire to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Bonus Skills:Experience with WooCommerce and WP Engine environments.Knowledge of blockchain or Web3.0 development.Knowledge of third party AI platforms, specifically Synthesia, HeyGen, and/or Stammer.ai.
