IBM Spectrum Symphony Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic IBM Spectrum Symphony Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.

Responsibilities:

Support the IBM Spectrum Symphony environment (IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced Edition)Support multi-tenant PaaS and SaaS applicationsSupport applications across HPC clusters(IBM)Assist IBM development in product testing

Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience with IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced EditionStrong and trusted technical advisory skillsGrid environments spanning on premises and deployment in AWSManaging incidents, escalating and service requestResponsible for product-specific incident managementUse technical best practices for troubleshooting accuracyUse technical expertise of product functionality and effectively maintain this expertise to help end users.Provide expertise in performance tuning.Collaboration with the various teamsProvide documentation to the client/end usersProficient in verbal and written communication
