Description
The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Software Developer. Leidos is looking for a full stack Software Developer, with a strong background with Angular (typescript), Java and back end Web services to support an exciting DHS software development program. The ideal candidate will have solid core development skills in Java, Angular or a related modern UI framework. They should be able to do full stack development from a relational database to web services to the Angular front end.
Primary Responsibilities
The developer will work with the overall program team in the design and development of new functionality as well as integrating new solutions into existing applications. The candidate will be able to analyze and solve complex application development needs to identify solutions to include potential new tools/technologies. The candidate should be proficient in application development, including troubleshooting, debugging and writing unit tests. They should be familiar working within an Agile team environment with frequent sprint deployments.
Basic Qualifications
BS/BA degree and 6-8 years of relevant experienceMust be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a DHS Tier 2/ Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) Public Trust clearance.Experience with Java, including webservice frameworks and designsExperience with Angular (typescript not JS)Experience with writing automated unit and regression testsExperience with Agile processesFamiliarity with GIT, CD/CI pipelinesStrong knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSSSQL query experience

Pay Range
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
