Hiring for Android Native DeveloperExperience- Above 1.3 yearSalary- Min 3.5 LPA and Max 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1| Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Java or Kotlin.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality applications.

2| UI/UX Design Implementation:Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components based on design specifications.Ensure that applications adhere to Android design guidelines and best practices.

3| Performance Optimization:Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.

4| Testing and Quality Assurance:Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the application.Conduct thorough testing of applications across different devices and Android versions.

5| Version Control and Collaboration:Use version control systems like Git to manage and track code changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

6| Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously improve development processes and practices.

7| Experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.Knowledge of Android architecture components (e.g., LiveData, ViewModel, Room).Experience with third-party libraries and frameworks (e.g., Retrofit, Dagger).Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
