Role Overview:🌱 We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our global IT Services team. This position focuses on the development and support of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying Salesforce Cloud solutions and enhancing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:🌱 Service Cloud Development: Be part of a team responsible for the development and support of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.🌱 Collaboration: Work closely with functional leaders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy solutions to complex business challenges.🌱 Innovative Solution Implementation: Implement Lightening Service Consoles, Live Chat, Telephony Integration, Omni Channel Setup, and Einstein bots.

Skill Set & Experience Required:Salesforce Expertise: 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer with at least two implementations on Service Cloud.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning, Component Framework, Apex controllers, Triggers, batch jobs, test classes, REST and SOAP-based web services.🌱 Cloud Solutions: Demonstrated experience in implementing solutions using Experience Cloud.🌱 Service Cloud Configuration: Skilled in configuring Service Cloud for Case Management and Email-to-Case functionality.🌱 Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.🌱 Data & Security: Experience with Salesforce's Data and Security Model.
