Responsibilities:

• Lead the software development team, providing technical direction and leadership.- Design and maintain scalable and efficient software architectures.- Coordinate with other team leaders and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Review and enhance code and development practices to ensure quality and efficiency.- Research and adopt new technologies and tools that can benefit our projects.- Facilitate the resolution of complex technical problems and provide support to the team in implementing solutions.- Promote best practices in software development, including continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role with leadership capabilities in software development projects.- Strong knowledge and practical experience with PHP, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.- Experience in designing and implementing robust and scalable software architectures.- Experience in team management and project coordination.- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and teams.- Ability to solve complex technical problems and make informed decisions.- Experience with agile methodologies and integrating DevOps practices.-Intermediate English
