Description

We are aiming to set up a nearshore delivery center in Romania for our new client. EPAM is selected as the single partner to set up this tech hub together with the client. The tech hub will be run in a BOT build-operate transfer model where both EPAM and the client will put resources in the hub.

What You Have

IT Bachelor or Master degree;3+ years working experience in front-end development;Fluent in English (writing and speaking);Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, including designers, back-end developers, product Owners, and other stakeholders.;Strong focus on quality & delivery excellence;Proficient in utilizing SFCC as a platform to develop and customize e-commerce websites. Knowledgeable about SFCC architecture, data models, business manager, and pipelines;Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Skilled in creating responsive and accessible designs to enhance user experience across various devices and browsers.;Proficient in working with SFCC scripting languages like ISML (Intershop Markup Language) and JavaScript Controllers to implement dynamic functionalities and integrate with backend systems;Experienced in customizing and extending SFRA to implement unique design elements, create custom components, and enhance the overall user interface;Familiar with UX design principles and best practices, and the ability to translate wireframes and design mockups into interactive, user-friendly interfaces. Skilled in optimizing website performance and load times.;Proficient in using version control systems (preferred GIT) to manage code repositories, collaborate with team members, and track changes across different projects.;Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, including mobile-first development, media queries, and adaptive layouts to ensure optimal performance across various screen sizes and resolutions.;Experience in integrating third-party tools, APIs, and services with SFCC, such as payment gateways (Adyen), CRM (Salesforce Service Cloud), search engines, and marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud).;Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and optimize website performance. Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting complex problems in SFCC projects.;
