Consultant - Salesforce App Developer

Eureka Technology Partners is seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Salesforce App Developer with strategic thinking and a passion for continuous improvements to join our team and work remotely for one of our clients in the USA. Service Overview: The Salesforce App Developer will:Assess and provide suggestions for improving our tailored Salesforce applications.Enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of our Salesforce CRM system.Connect third-party tools to maintain smooth data flow.Create, design, and implement advanced approval processes.

Core Responsibilities:Development and Design:Partner with stakeholders to define system design and application requirements.Apply Apex and Salesforce Lightning to build scalable and maintainable apps.Adjust Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.Optimization and Integration:Use API solutions to link Salesforce with external systems.Improve user experience by enhancing application performance and making necessary configurations.Testing and Rollout:Conduct functional and unit tests to ensure smooth deployment without errors.Gather user feedback and conduct user testing for continuous improvement.

Expected Deliverables:Custom Salesforce Applications: Ready-to-deploy packages developed with Apex and Salesforce Lightning, tailored to the specific needs of stakeholders.Integration Framework Documentation: Comprehensive plan detailing methods and protocols for Salesforce integration with external systems, including data mapping and error management strategies.Performance Enhancement Report: Detailed analysis of performance before and after optimization, including recommendations and adjustments made to enhance application performance.

Qualifications:Education: A degree in IT, computer science, data management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may also be considered.Experience:Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, including Non-Profit Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and other key Salesforce features.At least 3 years of experience in ICT, IS, and software development.Proven expertise in implementing new ICT solutions, database management, and data analysis.Certifications: Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.
