Are you an experienced and creative Shopify Developer with a passion for e-commerce and a knack for leading projects to success? We're looking for a talented Lead Shopify Developer to join our small dynamic team!Position: Full Time Lead Shopify DeveloperLocation: 100% Remote (ZA based applicants only pls)Gross Salary: R50k per month (R600k per year)

What You’ll Do:Technically lead and participate in the production of the creative process of Shopify e-commerce store designs, builds and optimizations. Customize and optimize Shopify themes and apps to meet client requirements.Collaborate with an experienced team of designers, project managers, and other stakeholders (aka clients) to create seamless user experiences.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Mentor and guide other developers.Conduct code reviews.Quality Assurance to ensure all features are tested and functional.Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices.Scoping of projects.Provide training and support to clients and team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Someone with a strong background in UI design, strong understanding of UX design and e-commerce fundamentals.Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and other relevant programming languages.Experience with Shopify APIs and app development.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.UX/UI design experience.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a talented and innovative team.The ability to work from anywhere.Be a part of a growing company with exciting global e-commerce projects.Ready to Take the Lead?
