Position Overview: The PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PeopleSoft applications and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft modules, strong programming skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and customisations, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.Develop and implement PeopleSoft reports, queries, and interfaces to support business operations.Perform unit testing and assist with system testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft application issues, including performance optimisation and bug fixes.Maintain documentation for system configurations, customisations, and processes.Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, including hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft Query.Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and modules, such as HCM, Finance, or Campus Solutions.Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic User Interfaces.Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patching is a plus.Familiarity with tools like Application Designer, Data Mover, and SQR is desirable.
