Senior Kotlin Developer

Project overview:

In cooperation with the leading global provider of maps, traffic, and places data enabling navigation, location-based services, and mobile advertising around the world, Intellias is looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer, to take part in the development of an in-car navigation product.

Required skills:

5+ years of experience in Android developmentGreat knowledge of Kotlin (incl. Coroutines, Clean Architecture, JetPack)Experience with OpenGLPractical knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID, and Clean Code principlesTechnical and analytical skills (incl. strong debugging skills)Desire to learn and share with your peersExcellent communicative English skills both written and spokenExperience building complex apps or SDKsFamiliarity with Linux or MacOS

Will be a plus:Experience with Java, C++Experience working in a distributed Agile team and Kanban method

What you’ll do:

Build integration level of navigation app based on the provided list of interfaces.Build compelling new user experiences within client’s Android apps with Kotlin.Influence the solutions through regular technical improvement sessions.Craft new, improved features and create engaging experiences.Safeguard the code with unit, integration, and end to end testsMaintain high-quality code with help of Continuous Integration, Pull RequestsWork within the organization on GithubMove the app forward rapidly, while sweating the details
