OCI Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet the needs of our business.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement OCI-based solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.Development: Develop and deploy applications on OCI, including compute, storage, network, and database services.Automation: Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.Performance Tuning: Optimize OCI resources to ensure the best performance, cost-efficiency, and security.Security: Implement OCI security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.Monitoring and Maintenance: Set up monitoring and alerting for cloud resources, ensuring high availability and quick incident response.Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate OCI services with existing systems.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and tools used in the development and deployment of OCI solutions.Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for production systems on OCI.Required Qualifications:Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in cloud development, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Technical Skills:Proficiency in OCI services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database.Experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Shell scripting.Knowledge of OCI security best practices and IAM policies.Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications (e.g., OCI Architect Associate/Professional) are highly desirable.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with hybrid cloud environments or multi-cloud strategies.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.Knowledge of Oracle database administration and migration to OCI.Experience with monitoring tools like Oracle Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, or Grafana.
