Position Overview:We are looking for an exceptional PHP Developer who is excited about joining a startup environment where you'll wear many hats. As a developer at MaddLogic, you will have the freedom to make key decisions in your code with minimal oversight while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end features using technologies like Vue.js, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and more.Product Management: Collaborate closely with our team to help shape the direction of FlexPortal and other tech offerings.Client Communication: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide creative, effective solutions.Autonomous Decision-Making: Exercise significant autonomy in coding decisions and take ownership of your work while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:Front-End Technologies: Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASSBack-End Technologies: PHP, Eloquent, LaravelDevelopment Tools: Experience with package managers, Git repositories, and TDD practicesDatabase Management: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databasesDesign and Modeling: UML Modeling, Wireframing

Essentials:Experience: 3+ years of IT Development experienceCommunication: Excellent oral and written English skills; comfortable with open, honest feedbackCollaboration: Strong team player, willing to adapt in a continuously evolving environmentProblem Solving: Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutionsSelf-Management: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements:Must have your own computer and development environment.Experience in a startup or similar environment is a plus.
