Node JS Developer

Location: Fully Remote (Work from India)

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 6 pm (IST) & 06:00 pm to 2 am (IST) (Monday to Friday)

Experience: 3 - 5 years in Node.js Development

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Node.js Developer to join the team at Notifi. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable services, REST APIs, working with modern web technologies, and handling cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiencesOptimize performance and scalability of applicationsTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Integrate third-party services including AWS, Stripe, Twilio, and TelnyxWork on automation and cloud infrastructure using AWSCollaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration

Required Skills:Approximately 3 - 5 years of experience in Node.js development.Proficiency in Node.js, and RESTful APIs Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DockerFamiliarity with MongoDB, MERN stack, PostgreSQL, etc.Familiarity with Stripe, Twilio, or similar technologiesHands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructureStrong understanding of databases and microservices architectureExcellent written and verbal English communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Good understanding of the Canadian and American accent is a plus.

Preferred Skills:Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of frontend frameworks (React, React Native) is a plus.Experience with other backend frameworks and technologies.Previous experience in a startup environment.

Educational Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., B. E., B.Tech., B.C.A., M.E, M. Tech, M.C.A.).
