Power BI Developer - UX

Job Title: PowerBI Developer - Dashboards with UXLocation: Remote

As a PowerBI Developer, you will be responsible for transforming data into insights that can help shape our business strategies. If you have a background in computer science or data analytics, along with extensive experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation, we would like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Utilize DAX to create complex calculations and data models to support dashboard functionality.- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data presented by implementing quality control measures.- Optimize the performance of Power BI dashboards and reports for scalability and speed.- Provide technical support and training to end-users, enabling them to make the most of the BI tools.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Power BI and dashboard development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in Power BI and dashboard development within an enterprise setting.- Proficient with DAX, data modeling, and creating complex BI reports.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions that meet business needs.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• Background in real estate, multi-family, or commercial real estate is highly advantageous.- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Tools Required:

• Proficiency in Power BI and related tools for BI development.- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and analysis.- Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure.- Understanding of data integration and transformation tools like Azure Data Factory.
