Senior Javascript Developer (React / Vue.js)

ITTConnect is seeking a Senior Javascript developer w/ React and Vue.js experience to work for a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the telecommunications business (cable TV, internet, cell phones).

Job location: Brazil. Work REMOTE from anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, and maintain applications using React and Vue.js.Experience with front-end development in React and Vue.js is essential.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Debug and troubleshoot issues in the existing codebase.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:Hands-on developer with 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.Strong understanding of React, Vue.js, and object-oriented programming concepts and principles.Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus.Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong and In-depth experience using Agile, Scrum and Iterative development practices.Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Location and Working hours:This position is only open to workers physically located in Brazil.Working hours for the position are roughly 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm US Eastern time (the client expects 9 hours worked per day).
