POSITION OVERVIEW : Senior ServiceNow Developer POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. • Proven experience in developing and configuring complex ServiceNow projects. • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). • Experience working with end users to derive requirements, understand their issues, and provide effective resolutions. • 10 years of experience overall Technical Skills: • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web development technologies. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security model. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, and the CMDB health and remediation rules • Experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow mobile apps • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Client Interaction: • Strong competence in working directly with end users to understand their requirements, issues, and objectives. • Proven ability to analyze end user problems and work through resolutions effectively. • Excellent communication skills to interact with end users and stakeholders at all levels. Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Certifications: • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM) are a plus
