Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup. This role is critical for building our platform from the ground up using a traditional tech stack, transitioning away from our current no/low-code solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in startups, the ability to work independently, and the leadership skills necessary to build and grow a high-performing development team. You will report directly to the CTO and play a key role in scaling our technology and team.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of our platform, transitioning from no/low-code to a robust, scalable traditional stack.Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the application using industry best practices.Collaborate with the CTO to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap, architecture, and actionable tasks.Build and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.Implement coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.Work closely with other team members, including product managers and designers, to define and meet project deadlines.Provide technical guidance and strategic input to help scale our technology as the organization grows.

Qualification and requirements:Experience: 5+ years as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a lead role within a startup environment.Tech Skills: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.Leadership: Proven experience building and managing a development team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.Transition Experience: Demonstrated experience in migrating from no/low-code solutions to a traditional tech stack.Domain Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or the food/restaurant industry is highly desirable.Independent Work: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Growth Focused: Passionate about building a technology function from the ground up and scaling it into a larger organization.

Preferred Skills:Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, or data-driven decision-making tools.Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
