Urgent Hiring for the JAVA Developer on Remote Contractual basis at the location of Gurugram.

As a Java Developer at Admin Looks, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly efficient and scalable software applications using Java and other related technologies. Your role will entail working closely with our development team to gather requirements, analyze and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and secure software applications using Java and related technologies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process- Design and implement software solutions that align with best practices and industry standards- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs, and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance meet standards and requirements- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and knowledge- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our development processes and methodologies- Support and maintain existing software applications, identify and implement opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer- Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and/or other Java frameworks- Knowledge and experience with software development tools and technologies such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins- Experience with Agile methodologies- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
