Job Responsibilities:Review and validate code and solutions generated by AI systems, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.Manage the development cycle, set project goals and deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.Utilize your expertise in C/C++ to solve complex coding challenges that arise during AI validation.Collaborate with teams to improve the capabilities of AI systems and integrate them with other components.Conduct validation checks to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.Provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably overseeing a team of software engineers.Proficient in C/C++ programming languages with a deep understanding of software development best practices.Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
