Workday Developer

We are looking for a Workday Developer to join our team remotely! This person will be working in a Microsoft Azure shop doing Birt reporting, integration work, complex reporting, working with Core connectors, and EIBS.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on large volume of Workday integrations Participate in Workday twice-yearly release review and testing in the areas of reporting and integrations by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality; Provide Production support, complete root cause analysis and implement fixes; Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external systems; Develop, test and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Complex Calculated Fields, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and xPath; Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) Strong technical experience with XML, JSON and Java Possesses solid understanding of the business process, workflows, and data requirements for each Workday integration across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time, and Compensation. Collaborate with HR system analysts, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration requirements. Experience with BIRT reporting- huge plus

Requirements

3+ years of Workday software experience7+ years of work experience in business process and or IT, including software development and project management experience; experience in a global environment preferredBachelor degree required, in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field. .
