Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers, as well as creating SQL-based reports. This role will also involve working closely with other developers to optimize SQL statements and establish best practices, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggersDesign and create SQL-based reportsDesign and maintain databases to ensure stability, reliability, and performanceCollaborate with developers to optimize in-application SQL statements and establish best practices.Troubleshoot database usage issues and provide solutions and advice for future prevention.Prepare documentation and technical specifications.Manage common database procedures, including upgrades, backups, recovery, and migrations.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency with SQL and its variations, especially for MySQL/MariaDB databases- minimum 3 years of experienceExpertise in writing and optimizing large, complex SQL statements.Proven experience with report designer tools like BIRT or JasperReports.Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git.Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

This is a remote position with a Contractor Agreement. You will be responsible to pay for your taxes and fees.
