We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions for our client's platform. Your deep understanding of .NET, C#, and API-based web technologies will be invaluable in driving our technical innovation.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.Architect and implement complex software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and estimate project timelines.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Stay abreast of emerging .NET technologies and industry trends.Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development might be required.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.7.Deep understanding of ASP.NET MVC and API-based web development.Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework.Knowledge of SQL and database design.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to haveExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Contributions to open-source projects.
