Chatbot Developer - Azure OpenAI

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chatbot Developer with extensive experience in the Microsoft Bot Framework and proficiency in C# .NET, as well as a strong understanding of utilizing Azure OpenAI models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement, including integrations with external systems such as ticketing systems and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain chatbot applications using MS Bot Framework and C# .NET.Leverage Azure OpenAI models to create advanced conversational AI functionalities.Build integrations with external systems, including ticketing systems, ERP systems, and other APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional chatbot designs.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of chatbot applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Implement best practices for development, testing, and deployment of chatbot solutions.Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.Stay current with the latest trends in chatbot technology and AI to continually enhance our offerings.Provide technical support and documentation for chatbot applications.Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions and improve user engagement. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in chatbot development, specifically using Microsoft Bot Framework.Strong proficiency in C# .NET programming language.Experience with Azure OpenAI models and related AI technologies.Proven experience in building integrations with external systems (ticketing systems, ERP systems, etc.).Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
