We are currently looking for an experienced SharePoint + Viva Resource to join our team on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-scale applications.Develop and configure solutions in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.Integrate Microsoft Viva Suite applications (Connections, Engage, Amplify) with SharePoint.Create mockups/prototypes and use Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to offer business solutions.Administer SharePoint sites, including managing permissions, site structure, and content management.Perform SharePoint migrations from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and customizations are preserved.Build custom solutions using CSOM/JSOM and REST APIs to extend SharePoint functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.Must-Have Skills and Technologies:Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SharePoint solutions.Expertise in SharePoint development, configuration, and site administration.Proficiency with Microsoft Viva Suite (Connections, Engage, Amplify) and its integration with SharePoint.Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) for creating business solutions.Hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and the Client-Side Object Model (CSOM/JSOM).Experience working with REST APIs for integrations and custom solutions.Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS.Good understanding of SQL and RDBMS technologies (preferable).A keen interest in learning Microsoft’s latest cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in enterprise-scale application development and deployment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
