Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated AI Training Program Developer Intern with a foundational understanding of Python and a strong interest in AI-related topics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coding in Python and skilled in creating presentations that effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience. This role requires the development of intermediate and advanced-level AI-related courses, which involve extensive coding and project design to create effective, hands-on workshops. The program developer will play a crucial role in developing tailored training programs that enhance the skills of individuals and teams in executing AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and design engaging training programs and materials on various AI-related topics, including slides and presentations.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals and teams.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and integrate them into training materials.Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops.Gather and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.Support the development and maintenance of online training resources and platforms.

Qualifications:Basic understanding of Python programming.Strong interest in AI-related topics with a desire to learn more.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Experience with creating slides and presentations using tools like Canva or similar applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI concepts such as machine learning, deep learning, or data science is a plus.Familiarity with educational or training program development is a plus.
