Zoho Developer

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Zoho Developer with extensive experience and knowledge in Zoho Creator and the entire Zoho Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet the needs of our organization and clients. You will play a pivotal role in automating and streamlining our business operations through Zoho's capabilities by developing our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, provide technical input, and ensure smooth integration of design and functionalityDesign and develop and deploy custom, scalable, and efficient solutions using Zoho Creator and other Zoho Suite applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho People, among others, to meet specific business requirementsCreation and deployment of new functionalities with the use of custom scripts to create custom modules, layouts, fields, calculated fields, related fields, and workflows, extending the functionality of Zoho ApplicationsCustomize and integrate Zoho applications to streamline business processesIntegrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and systems as neededEnsure seamless data flow to and from different systems into Zoho Creator or other platforms and applications, such as accounting software, marketing automation, etcImprove architecture and optimize the performance of complex Zoho-based implementationsCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho AnalyticsDesign and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and trackingConducting testing and debugging to identify and fix issues or errors in the code

This includes unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applicationsStay up-to-date with the latest Zoho features and updates to leverage them in our solutions Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices to facilitate easier maintenance and future enhancementsCollaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other systemsConduct training sessions for end users to maximize the utilization of Zoho applications Create FAQs and How-To-Videos

Requirements

At least 3 years of Zoho application development experienceAt least 5 years of work experienceZoho certifications, such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Analytics, is not required but will be highly valuedDevelop software solutions using Zoho API framework, Zoho Deluge scripting language, and 3rd party REST APIsExperience in integrating Zoho with other systemsExtensive experience in creating reports and dashboards, demonstrating a deep understanding of data visualization best practicesFluent oral and written English communication skillsFluent oral and written Spanish communication skillsNot mandatory but highly valued: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering. Not mandatory but highly valued: Proficient in handling HTTP requests and responses, web application development, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
