Chief Technology Officer

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative developer to join our team in building cutting-edge custom indicators and market data tools for cryptocurrency trading.

This is a founding CTO role.

This role involves deep integration with trading platforms, real-time data processing, and the development of algorithms that can provide traders with an edge in the volatile crypto markets.

Responsibilities:Development of Custom Indicators: Design and implement trading indicators tailored for cryptocurrency markets, possibly using languages like Pine Script for TradingView or Python for more complex algorithms.Market Data Integration: Develop robust systems for real-time and historical market data integration, ensuring accuracy and minimal latency.Algorithm Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms based on market feedback and performance metrics to enhance trading strategies.Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration of developed tools with existing trading platforms, APIs, and possibly custom trading interfaces.Backend Development: Work on backend services that handle data processing, storage, and retrieval, potentially using technologies like Spring Boot, Node.js, or serverless architectures.Security and Compliance: Implement measures to ensure data security and compliance with financial regulations where applicable.Documentation and Support: Provide comprehensive documentation for developed tools and offer support for integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years in software development, with a strong focus on financial technologies or trading systems.Experience with real-time data processing and API integrations.Technical Skills:Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Java. Knowledge of Pine Script or similar for trading indicators is a plus.Familiarity with database technologies for handling large datasets (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scalability.Understanding of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate trading strategies into code.Experience with statistical analysis or machine learning for market prediction is beneficial.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.Good communication skills for collaborating with traders, other developers, and stakeholders.
