Lead Developer (Remote - Mexico)We are seeking a Lead Developer to oversee our software development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring across various projects. Necessary Experience:5+ years as a Backend Developer, with strong expertise in JavaScript/Node.js.2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 5+ developers.Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Fluent in English (C1 level).Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, conflict resolution, and task management.

Nice to Have:Experience with Cloudflare, Cassandra, or AI-related projects.
